"My wife and I have always dreamed of having an authentic British Conservatory for our home. My wife, originally from Scotland, was very familiar with the product and knew just what she wanted in a conservatory. She wanted a translucent roof hut not clear glass to cut down on the glare of the late afternoon sun. She wanted to be able to open all the windows and have the protection of insect screens. Have triple pained glass to keep out the winter cold. She also wanted roof vents to expel hot air quickly. Last, an option for a bow front and the authentic British architectural style. The Dubois product provided this and much more. Being a construction engineer, I did plenty of research on the variety of products on the market including the different styles. In the end we found that the Dubois product offered the most for our money and met all of our desires in a conservatory. We worked closely with Dubois to reduce the product cost without reducing the quality of the finished product. We did this by using an insulated deck versus a concrete foundation and by doing the electrical and finish work ourselves including the installation of steps down to our backyard.

Once completed we were very satisfied with the finished product and how it fit dramatically into our landscaped backyard. The conservatory has become the center of our lives now where we have breakfast, chat with our children or by ourselves while at the same time inviting the outdoors into our lives. Our plants and pets have made the most of our addition as well. An added bonus was that the conservatory did not reduce the amount of sunlight coming into our house which is something we feared with a traditional sunroom.

We are also satisfied with the lifetime warranty provided by DuBois on the conservatory and the response to any problems or concerns we might have."
